1964-1964

Attend the supplementary arts training at the "R" propaganda installation.

1965-1975

Worked in the Press and Literature-arts of the liberation army, Zone 2
(later changed to Military zone 8, and at present is Military zone 9).

 

Took sketches on the battlefields of the regular troops number 251, 263 and local troops

From 1975 until now: study, graduated and become lecturer.

Got a Master of Arts and being lecturer of the HCMC Fine Arts University.

Member of the Vietnam Fine Arts Association.

Member of the executive committee of the HCMC Fine Arts Association.

 Having paintings that are preserved in 8 museums:

- The Vietnam Military Historical Museum

- The HCMC Fine Arts Museum

- The HCMC Revolutionary Museum

- The Museum of South Vietnam women

- The South-east Armed Forces Museum 

- The Museum of Binh Duong

- The Museum of Tien Giang

Having 4 individual monumental Paintings and other collection artwork

- "Giving strength to fight against the invaders", ceramic painting 100m2 in which 20m2 is done by the artist.

- "The French invaders occupied Gia Dinh citadel" size 2,70m x 4,50m, oil painting done by the artist.

- "The Battle at Gam Xoai Mut channel", ceramic painting (Tien Giang) 1,80m x 18,0m sketched by the artist.

- Ceramic painting at the commemorative house of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thap (Tien Giang) 1,50m x 8,0m, sketched by the artist

Fine Arts Awards:

- Third prize at the National Exhibition of Propaganda posters, on the theme of irrigation (1977).

- Second prize for the theme "Yersin" granted by the Consulate of France in 1990.

- 3 awards from the HCMC, granted by Vietnam Fine Arts Association (1996, 1997, 2003)

- Awarded a "C" prize granted by the General Directorate of Politics in 2000.

- Awarded a 1st prize for the symbol of Binh Phuoc Province in 1999.

- Awarded a 1st prize for the propaganda poster on peace granted by the chairman of the HCMC friendship allied organizations.

- Awarded a medal for the cause of Vietnam Fine Arts in 1999.

- Awarded a medal for the cause of Vietnam culture and information, granted by the minister in 2001.

- Awarded a medal (2nd rank) for fighting in the Resistance war against the Americans granted by the President.

- Participated in individual and group exhibitions in and out of the country.
